Also, I would like to volunteer to be the Minister of Defense. I will need someone to tell me exactly what regions are capable of in both attack and defense, as well as how they do it, so I can learn how to protect Okatama the best.

I am the Minister of Defense now, but I still need information about how attack and defense works in the NS game. Could someone send me a telegram detailing how those are done? In order to best serve Okatama, I will need to know that.
