I really want to do it, and it should kinda look like a letter, but with different topics including new nations joining and regional polls.

You, as the Media Minister, would probably end up organizing the whole operation, but I think that you could probably start by asking if anyone wants to sign on as a reporter for the news room, though we could also just open the presses to anyone who wants to make a news release. It's really up to you how structured you want the paper to be. I'd suggest, though, that you make different "Columns" for different sections of the newspaper to direct people to where they might be interested in writing or reading.

I was wondering if anyone was interested in starting a regional newspaper to post reports on regional happenings or current events in the real world. It probably wouldn't be anything too formal: just a topic with a series of posts by "reporters". What do you think?
